From November 23rd to 25th, 2025, the 2025 Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket Annual Conference, themed "Strengthening the Foundation and Innovating," was held in Shanghai. The conference was jointly hosted by China Automotive Industry Parts Sales Co., Ltd. and Commercial Vehicle Service Network. As the most influential industry event in China's commercial vehicle aftermarket, this conference attracted over 1,000 representatives from the entire industry chain. Attendees included representatives from authoritative institutions such as the National Information Center and the Highway Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport. Chairman Zuo Guanglin and General Manager Zhao Yunfeng of the company were invited to attend the conference.

At the meeting, industry leaders pointed out that the commercial vehicle aftermarket is at a critical juncture of transformation, requiring a balance between "strengthening the foundation" and "innovation." Trend analysis indicates that during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, the commercial vehicle market will exhibit structural characteristics of "light vehicles outperforming heavy vehicles, new energy vehicles outperforming traditional vehicles, and consumer transportation outperforming engineering transportation," with the focus of competition shifting from price to value and service.

Data-driven approaches have become a consensus, with experts emphasizing the need to promote high-quality development of the aftermarket through data systems and standards, and to leverage analytical tools such as regional vehicle ownership and route heat maps to provide decision support for business layout. The "2025 Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket Annual Report" also provides important reference for the industry.
At the enterprise practice level, BAIC Foton proposed restructuring its parts and channel systems through service and data; Yuxing Technology promoted the upgrade from TCO to TVO, strengthening data-driven preventative maintenance. Zero Kilometer and Gates, among others, achieved breakthroughs through brand premiumization, digital channels, and company-wide marketing, respectively. The application of digital tools such as AI in parts management and accounts receivable accounting also provides a feasible path for dealer transformation.
During the conference, Chairman Zuo Guanglin delivered a keynote speech at the important parallel forum, the "Brand Forum." The forum, centered on the theme of "Brand Integration and Value Reshaping," brought together representatives from numerous multinational corporations, including Bill Gates, to discuss how brands can achieve value enhancement through digital operations and refined channel cultivation.
Chairman Zuo's speech, titled "Channel Refinement, Product Upgrading, and Service Value-Added: Creating Products Users Need," systematically elaborated on the company's core strategies across three dimensions: channels, products, and services, in light of the industry's new energy transformation and globalization trends. Regarding channels, the company emphasizes precise reach and efficient collaboration to adapt to domestic and international market layouts. Regarding products, it focuses on a high-end upgrade path, actively aligning with international standards and the technical requirements of new energy commercial vehicles. Regarding services, it breaks through traditional maintenance boundaries, striving to build a value-added service system covering the entire lifecycle. The speech was practical, logically clear, and received widespread recognition and positive feedback from the attendees.
The conference also included the 2025 Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket Ranking Awards Ceremony. This selection process, jointly organized by the National Commercial Vehicle Parts Brand Communication Committee, China Automotive Industry Parts Sales Co., Ltd., and the conference organizing committee, adhered to the principles of "objectivity, fairness, and authority" and underwent rigorous screening. Kooying stood out for its outstanding performance in product quality, technological innovation, and market reputation, winning the "2025 Outstanding Partner Award." General Manager Zhao Yunfeng also received the "2025 Shining Figure of the Year" award for her exceptional leadership and industry contributions.
Zhejiang Kooying has always adhered to the business philosophy of "survival through quality and market share through service," deeply cultivating the commercial vehicle aftermarket. Looking to the future, the company will continue to deepen its three strategic layouts of channels, products, and services, actively seize opportunities in globalization and new energy development, continuously enhance its core competitiveness, and firmly move towards its strategic vision of "becoming a leading global supplier of commercial vehicle braking systems," working hand in hand with industry partners to build a new industrial ecosystem of value sharing and collaborative development.
