On June 6th, the 24th "Safety Production Month" launch conference, themed "Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response, and Identifies Safety Hazards Around Us," was held at the company. This conference strictly implemented the national safety production policy, further strengthening the safety awareness of all employees and consolidating the foundation for the company's safe development through special lectures, statements of responsibility, and high-level mobilization. The meeting was chaired by Lin Xiuxiu from the Administration Department, and Chairman Zuo Guanglin attended and delivered an important speech. Safety Director Zhao Dong, Safety Supervisor Tan Mingjiang, and employee representatives from various departments participated in the meeting.
Deepen thematic publicity and clarify safety responsibilities

At the meeting, safety officer Zhao Dong provided an in-depth interpretation of the theme of the Safety Production Month, analyzing key points of safety hazard identification and emergency response based on typical industry cases. He emphasized: "Safety is a prerequisite for production; every employee needs to proactively learn emergency skills, starting with standard operating procedures for their respective positions." He also deployed a special campaign for identifying potential hazards, requiring all departments to establish a closed-loop mechanism of "self-inspection—rectification—re-inspection" to achieve control of risks at the source.
Statements from the production frontline: Strengthening implementation and accountability

Safety officer Tan Mingjiang, representing the frontline departments, delivered a statement. He said: "The production system will aim for 'zero hazards,' strictly implement the equipment inspection system, strengthen the approval process for high-risk operations, and organize teams to conduct safety hazard inspections and provide incentives, ensuring that all employees 'understand safety and are capable of responding to emergencies.'" Tan Mingjiang pledged to break down responsibilities to each position and individual, effectively reinforcing the safety production barrier.
High-level coordination and planning to ensure long-term security

Chairman Zuo Guanglin pointed out in his summary that the Safety Production Month activities are a "mandatory course" for all employees and a "lifeline" for the sustainable development of the enterprise. He put forward three requirements: firstly, adhere to the principle of "prevention first," promoting the normalization of safety training and the institutionalization of hazard identification; secondly, strengthen the "three responsibilities and three musts" responsibility chain, with management taking the lead in fulfilling their responsibilities; and thirdly, encourage employees to become "safety whistleblowers" and build a positive atmosphere where "everyone is a supervisor." Zuo Guanglin emphasized: "There are no 'outsiders' when it comes to safety; we must protect the safety of the enterprise with a sense of responsibility that is 'always vigilant'."
Practice enhances prevention, together we build a culture of safety

The "Report Safety Hazards with Your Phone" initiative was simultaneously launched at the event. Employees can report problems in real time, creating a collaborative mechanism for supervision and rectification involving all employees. Attendees expressed their commitment to translating safety awareness into proactive action, ensuring they are "aware of risks and have measures in place to address them."
This Safety Production Month campaign marks a significant step forward in Kooying's safety management. In the future, the company will be guided by the principle of "prioritizing safety at all times and in all matters," further strengthening the dual prevention mechanism to provide a solid guarantee for achieving the goal of "zero accidents" throughout the year.
